Q: How do I join SAI?

A: In order to join Kappa Chapter, you must have completed at least one semester at UNL, have taken or are currently enrolled in one music class, have at least a 2.5 GPA, attend at least one recruitment event, identify as female, non-binary, or gender non-conforming, and be committed to the advancement of women in music!

Q: When is recruitment?

A: Our recruitment week takes place towards the beginning of each semester. In order to find the exact dates and other information about each event, be on the lookout for posters around Westbrook, follow us on social media, or talk to a current member!

Q: What are the benefits to joining SAI?

A: Some of the benefits of SAI include, but aren't limited to, connections with musicians all over the world, scholarship opportunities, a chance to improve your musicianship and leadership skills, and a welcoming sisterhood with similar interests!
